The project “Around Here” is the result of my personal, long-term travels across 25 provinces of Iran over different periods between 2017 and 2022. The project was formed with the aim of documenting social, cultural, environmental, and human transformations, and seeks to present an archival portrayal of everyday life, people, architecture, nature, occupations, and contemporary living in Iran.
